DAY 26: SUFFICIENT GRACE
Paul was going through a very tough season because he had, a thorn in his flesh. We are not told what that torn was but it was put there to buffet him so that he doesn’t become proud. He asked the Lord to take it away but God said, I won’t take it away, instead, I’m going to give you my grace. My grace is sufficient.
Not every trouble requires God’s deliverance. Some are there on purpose and they will not be removed because of your inconvenience. However, God will not allow you to go through it without help.
Now, God’s grace is not only sufficient when you’re going through stuff you want him to take away, it is sufficient for every situation you find yourself in. Hebrews 4 says we can boldly to the Throne of Grace to obtain grace to help… that means that God’s grace is designed to help you go through the different seasons of life.
So whether you need God’s grace for your family, to be able to live right, or to eat right, you need His grace to help. God has already given you all that you need “pertaining to life and Godliness.” So you have access to grace.
Decree
I have sufficient grace and I thank you for giving it to me. I walk by grace. I speak by grace. I live by grace, grace is helping me all the days of my life, in Jesus’ name. Amen.
”Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.“ - Hebrews 4:16 NKJV
