DAY 131: PEOPLE WITH SOLUTIONS
Problem-solving skills are non-negotiable in a business environment because daily, minor challenges need to be handled and a time will come when the challenge will be more than minor. You see, some problem-solving skills are beyond what is written in a CV. It takes discernment and the impartation of the Holy Spirit to find solutions when there seem to be none.
Seeking solutions
Nebuchadnezzar had a dream that took his peace, yet no one amongst his staff (wise men and diviners) could take away that anxiety by finding the solution he needed. But when Daniel heard it, suddenly, there was a way, a solution, and an answer.
Another problem solver was Joseph. In the face of a predicted famine, he gave the king a step-by-step strategy on how to save his people and amass wealth, and, he was promoted.
As an employer, It is a blessing to have solutions. As a staff, it is rewarding to be the channel of solutions, divine solutions.
Declare
I am a channel of solutions. I receive the wisdom of God to solve problems in my workplace and my life. My business will always have problem solvers. Those who I put in top management are naturally and divinely equipped to solve difficult problems.
”Now it came to pass in the morning that his spirit was troubled, and he sent and called for all the magicians of Egypt and all its wise men. And Pharaoh told them his dreams, but there was no one who could interpret them for Pharaoh. Then Pharaoh sent and called Joseph, and they brought him quickly out of the dungeon; and he shaved, changed his clothing, and came to Pharaoh.“ —Genesis 41:8, 14 NKJV
