DAY 125: A PRAYER FOR YOUR STAFF

“’Then the Lord spoke to Moses, saying: “See, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah. And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship, to design artistic works, to work in gold, in silver, in bronze, in cutting jewels for setting, in carving wood, and to work in all manner of workmanship. “And I, indeed I, have appointed with him Aholiab the son of Ahisamach, of the tribe of Dan; and I have put wisdom in the hearts of all the gifted artisans, that they may make all that I have commanded you: ‘

Exodus 31:1-6

Yesterday, we established that we need to pray before we hire someone but what should you pray? We have an answer in our text today. It was time to build the tabernacle that God showed Moses. This meant people would be needed. So God told Him of these two men whom he has chosen for this purpose and put His spirit upon.

You might wonder how a house of God has anything to do with your business but it does. The tabernacle was God’s agenda, and just as your business is. God’s agenda is not only in the church, His dominion mandate for man covers the whole earth. That includes your career. So having people who carry His spirit, work for you is key.

You should always pray that the lord will open your eyes to see the people that will fit your business. He knows those who can work with you and cause you to excel.  Call forth people who carry His spirit but who are also skilled at their work. People of wisdom, understanding, and knowledge in all manner of work that you need them to do.

Prayer

May the spirit of God be upon all my staff members; they are wise, full of knowledge, and loyal. In the name of Jesus. They are understanding and faithful and they fear the Lord in Jesus’ name. amen

Shalom
