The enemy wants us to believe, that God remembers every wrong and hangs it over our head and is going to use it against us. But that is far away from Scripture and a bald-faced lie.

If you are afraid or threatened and run to the Lord’s name, you will find protection. The name of Jesus is powerful enough to bring everything to its knees.

When you say your defence is God. You have to say it with confidence that no matter what tries, it cannot defeat your God.

You guard your heart to protect it from pollution that could cause issues in your life. One of the ways to guard your heart is by peace. Peace is a security protocol for your heart.I t is a protection strategy for the heart that is troubled, worried, afraid or weary.

To be of good courage means to be strong, to stand your ground, or to “kwechiri”, as we say in Igbo. To hold on, to take up strength, to not allow anything to defeat your heart. 

Sometimes we remember the Lord only when we have tried everything we know how to try and failed. When nothing seems to be working, that is the time we often tend to turn to God. He won’t turn you away, but wouldn’t it be nice to have saved our energy and sought Him first? 

here are some fears that to overcome them you have to deliberately seek God you have to go into the secret place, before the presence of the Lord, and seek Him. It might require that you set some time apart for fasting and prayer because this particular fear needs attention, it demands your focus and may require that you fight to get it out.
