When we talk about kindness, we are talking about benevolence, a nature of goodness. And it shows in the way that you treat people. It shows in how you help, how you give alms to the poor, how you support those who are in need, how you speak, even the gentleness of the way that you speak to people, that your words are always kind [Ephesians 4:32].
We need to learn to clothe ourselves in the reality of our brethren suffering, so that we understand things from their perspective.
our text today tells us how we are supposed to get ready too. It shows us the outfits a Christian should be clothed in on a daily basis. This is our own spiritual OOTD or GRWM.
I pray for you today that you will never lift up your voice to cry and not get an answer. I pray that the God who hears prayers, the God whose ears are attentive, will hear you by His mercy.
May He hear your prayers and bring forth answers.
It takes deliberate action from a disciplined mind to continuously ensure that their thought life is aligned with the will of God. Because thoughts are often where fear is first introduced, and you want them under control, it starts with thinking about what you are thinking about.

By all human calculations, 2026 Nigeria is not a place to help a stranger. In fact, the world climate right now is not favorable to the instructions in this scripture. Because how do you help a stranger in a messed-up and scary world? What do you do when you have a good heart, but evidence out there suggests that other people may not have the kind of heart you have, and their intentions may not be as pure as yours are? Chances are, they are more evil.
